All the campaigns will be live streamed and recorded and best speeches would be used in further community engagements.
The campaign will primarily target students from Classes 11–12, colleges, and universities, though participation will be open to all interested citizens.
Participants are invited to submit their own 3-4 minute video recording responding to the following questions:
Dateline of Submission: The recorded videos should be submitted latest by Monday, Nov 10, 2025 via email to The.Meitei.Alliance@gmail.com with a CC to info@meiteialliance.com. When the recording is submitted the participants should also include their details such as Name, Address, Class, Phone Number, etc. in the email.
From all valid entries received, 25 top submissions will be shortlisted for the next stage — a speech competition.
Shortlisted candidates will be announced and will be individually contacted by Nov 17, 2025. The list will also be published on the Meitei Alliance website meiteialliance.com.

Each shortlisted participant will receive a minimum of ₹500 to support travel and participation expenses.
On the day of the competition — which will be live-streamed and recorded — the event will begin with an inaugural address by a Meitei Alliance representative, setting the context and reaffirming the campaign’s purpose.
Participants will present their speeches in alphabetical order. After the first round, judges’ scores will be tallied, and the top five competitorswill advance to the final round.
The Meitei Alliance representative will announce the opening of the next campaign after the awarding ceremony.
All video submissions and competition recordings will be curated into short content series to extend the campaign’s reach and inspire a wider audience across Manipur.
Through collaboration with local partner organisations, the campaign will continue engaging schools, colleges, and universities. MA-prepared materials will be used to facilitate workshops and discussions on civic responsibility and ethical citizenship.
At the end of each engagement:
Standard, framed “My Pledge” boards will also be installed in schools and colleges where in-person engagements are not feasible, ensuring that every institution has a visible symbol of student commitment and civic values.
This campaign aims not only to celebrate voices of integrity and vision but to build a sustained civic culture in Manipur—one that values honesty, participation, and community pride.
